- Defines “declaration” to encompass all methods of providing information about noise emission values to potential users (consumers) of the appliances, including labels, brochures, advertisements, and commercial or technical information documents.
- Addresses declarations for appliances produced in mass production with the same declared value for the entire lot (batch).
