Paragraph 1 of IEC 60358-1:2012 is replaced with the following text:
This section of IEC 60358 pertains to AC or DC single-phase coupling capacitors that are rated above 1,000 V and are connected from the line to ground, with the low-voltage terminal either being permanently grounded or linked to a tuning element for use in harmonic-filter applications.
