IEC 60092-360

This segment of IEC 60092 specifies the requirements for electrical, mechanical, and specific properties of insulating and sheathing materials intended for use in shipboard and fixed and mobile offshore unit power, control, instrumentation, and telecommunication cables. The diverse insulating and sheathing materials have been categorized into three categories as outlined in Table 1 below.

The different insulating and sheathing materials have been divided into three categories as listed in Table 1.
